Megan Bosler Has Been Promoted to Vice President of Recruiting, IT and Engineering at Softworld
Softworld is proud to announce the promotion of Megan Bosler to the newly created role of Vice President of Recruiting, IT and Engineering.
Megan began her career at Softworld in 2011 as a recruiter and has continually excelled in every role she has held with the company. Early in her career, Megan established herself as the top performer on her team and shortly thereafter, she became the top billing recruiter across all Softworld’s sectors. After being promoted to Team Lead, she improved results across her group while also maintaining one of the largest books of business at Softworld.
In her prior role as Director of Recruiting, Megan proved to be an invaluable asset to the company in building strong Application Development and Functional teams, as she developed new recruiters, partnered with sales to drive business, and constantly executed Softworld’s best practices and policies to fuel growth. In her new role as Vice President of Recruiting, IT and Engineering, Megan will oversee all recruiting efforts throughout Softworld’s IT and Engineering divisions.

Softworld, recently acquired by Kelly®, has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years and continues to grow at an accelerated rate. Megan’s new role will create a consolidated channel for Core technology recruiting teams, allowing real time information to flow across Softworld. In addition to the teams she currently manages, Megan will also add Softworld’s Systems, Cyber, and Engineering recruiting teams to her management portfolio.
With this promotion, Softworld continues to pride itself on promoting from within, and strategically aligns their recruiting organization to deliver on the growth plans for the company.
